Off Carte Shares A Recipe For Baked Brie

by: Well Made Clothes Staff | 4 weeks ago | Features

Between spending more time at home and less time eating out at restaurants, one of the things that's getting us through right now is straight-forward recipes that feel fancy but are actually really easy.

Enter Off Carte – a recipe exchange community founded by Joel Mevissen of Westmont Pickles and our very own Rosie Dalton.

On Instagram, Off Carte shares easy DIY recipes from chefs, designers and everyone in between. They have also been sharing recipes especially for Well Made Clothes. And this week, they are sharing their tips for baking brie – which takes just twenty minutes, but which your dinner party guests will remember for weeks.

Here’s how.

BAKED BRIE

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. Line a small oven dish or cast iron pan with baking paper
3. Fill it with your cheese of choice (we love a triple cream brie)
4. Top the cheese with some herbs, garlic cloves and a splash of white wine
5. Bake in the oven for about 15 or until oozy
6. Enjoy with some bread or crackers (our fave is some good old fashioned Jatz)
