Dress Up

The words ‘dress up’ mean different things to different people: you might be going to the opera, going to your high school ball, dressing up as a bumblebee for kindergarten, or dressing up as a bumblebee for your adult job in a Disney-inspired play. Regardless though, ‘dressing up’ always feels special and powerful.

Enter designer Stephanie Downey, who created her label Dress Up in 2006 to evoke all this, which is probably why she’s garnered praise from everyone, including Vogue UK, Nylon, Russh, and Harper’s Bazaar to name just a few.

To add some practicality to all this whimsy, Dress Up’s clothes are made from premium fabrics right here in Australia.
