COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES:

Our May 13 2020 shipping update:

Here is a quick update on dispatch and delivery time frames:

Dispatch: We are currently dispatching our orders within our standard dispatch times. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.

Tracking Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking confirmation email.


Delivery: Australia Post have advised there may be some delays due to high volume of deliveries they are processing. View those here.

Shipping

Apparel and Footwear:

If you have purchased multiple items from multiple brands, please note these will be shipped out to you individually, usually within 2 working days of ordering*. For example, if you have purchased a pair of Holly Ryan earrings and a Kowtow dress, you will receive two separate parcels.

Some of our brands are made to order or small batch, and will ship within 14 working days of ordering. Pre-order items are shipped as per listing release dates. 

Our shipping is free or just a little fee. We’ve worked really hard to make things as easy and inexpensive for you as possible.

*Some of our partner brands dispatch the product directly from their studios, reducing excess stock, excess packaging and excess air and road miles.


Shipping to Australian customers:

Buying from an Australian­-based brand, all orders over $75 will ship FREE, orders under $75 will be charged $10 shipping.

Buying from a New Zealand­-based brand or brands, shipping is a flat fee of $20AUD.

Buying from a brand or brands that ships out from somewhere else in the world, shipping will be a flat fee of $35AUD.

Please note: If you purchase from an international brand, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Shipping to New Zealand customers:

Buying from a New Zealand­-based brand, all orders over $75 will ship FREE, orders under $75 will be charged $10 shipping.

Buying from an Australian-based brand or brands, shipping is a flat fee of $20AUD.

Buying from a brand or brands that ships out from somewhere else in the world, shipping will be a flat fee of $35AUD.

Please note: If you purchase from an international brand, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. 

Homewares:

Because of the fragile and/or heavy nature of our homewares, shipping is charged per item at a cost of $10 or $20 depending on the size and weight of the item you're purchasing.  

Exchanges

No Exchanges on:

  • Earrings

  • All Lingerie

  • Socks and Stockings

  • Made To Order items

  • On-sale or Used items, unless they are faulty.

  • Nagnata items can only be exchanged for another Nagnata item, as per their company policy.

  • Swimwear - one-piece or bikini bottom Exchanges can only be approved if pieces are unworn and with hygiene stickers attached.

All Exchange items must be returned with tags on and/or in original packaging, with all original packaging in perfect condition. 

All ceramics must be returned unbroken in original packaging.

All bedding must be unused and in original packaging.

 

How to:

  1. Log in to your account or email support@wellmadeclothes.com to request an Exchange within 7 business days of delivery of your goods.

  2. Wait for approval of the Exchange and the Returns address for your item.

  3. Post the item to the Returns address within 14 days of requesting your Exchange and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to support@wellmadeclothes.com.

  4. Once the original item is received we will send you the replacement item.

 

As we work with small independent designers, it is necessary to charge for replacement item shipping. Fees are as follows:

Local to Local: $10

Aus to NZ: $20

Rest of world: $35

Please note Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns

No Returns on:

  • Earrings

  • All Lingerie

  • Socks and Stockings

  • Made to order items 

  • On-sale or used items, unless they are faulty.

Swimwear - One-piece or Bikini Bottom Returns can only be approved if pieces are unworn, with hygiene stickers still attached.

We do not accept Returns on Nagnata, as per their company policy, but we are happy to exchange any full-priced Nagnata item for any other Nagnata item.

All clothing and footwear must be returned with tags on, in original packaging and in perfect condition. 

All ceramics must be returned unbroken in original packaging.

All bedding must be unused and in original packaging.

 

To Return a product, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your goods. Once your Return request is approved, you must send the item with tracking number within 7 days of approval.

How to:

  1. Log in to your account or email support@wellmadeclothes.com to request a Return within 7 days of delivery of your goods.

  2. Wait for approval of the Return and Returns address for your item.

  3. You will be issued a Returns slip which you must print out and send with the package, indicating whether you want a Refund or Store Credit.

  4. Post the item to the Returns address within 7 days of your Return being approved and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to support@wellmadeclothes.com.

 

We monitor Returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our Return policies. Repeated Returns will be flagged and potentially refused, or lead to the closure of your Well Made Clothes customer account at our discretion.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

Faulty or incorrect items must be registered within 3 days of receiving an item.

Return faulty or incorrect items with tracking number within 14 days of registering them.

How to:

  1. Log in to your account and next to your order select Return/Exchanges/Faulty.

  2. Follow the prompts to register receipt of a faulty or incorrect item.

  3. You will be issued a Returns slip to print out and send with the package.

  4. You must enter the tracking number of your parcel online to complete the Return.

Sold out items

As a marketplace working with independent brands selling exclusive stock, sometimes we cannot keep up with demand, and items sell out before updating our website.

If your order is out of stock, Well Made Clothes will be in touch to let you know. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by a Stock Discrepancy.
