Shipping and Returns

COVID-19 SHIPPING & OPERATION:

October 2020 dispatch and delivery timeframes:


In-stock orders will dispatch within 48 business hours, but please allow 72 business hours (or longer for made to order items).

Once dispatched, you'll be notified by email and provided your parcel's tracking number.

There are postal delays due to high parcel numbers and very limited flights leaving Australia/NZ. More info here.

WMC Shipping

Our shipping is free or just a little fee. We’ve worked really hard to make things as easy and inexpensive for you as possible.

Some of our partner brands send your order directly from their studios, reducing excess stock, excess packaging and excess air and road miles.

Therefore, multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels.

Pre-order items are shipped as per item listing release dates.

Some of our brands are made to order or small batch, and will ship within 14 working days of ordering.

Shipping to Australian customers:

Within Australia, all orders over $75 will ship FREE, orders under $75 will be charged $10 shipping.

Items posted from New Zealand­, shipping is a flat fee of $20 with the exception of footwear.

Items posted from somewhere else in the world, shipping is a flat fee of $35.

If you purchase from an international brand, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Shipping to New Zealand customers:

Within New Zealand­, all orders over $75 will ship FREE, orders under $75 will be charged $10 shipping.

Items posted from Australia, shipping is a flat fee of $20 with the exception of footwear.

Please note that Kowtow ships from Australia.

Items posted from somewhere else in the world, shipping is a flat fee of $35.

Exchanges

No Exchanges on:

Sale or Used items, unless they are faulty - Earrings - All Lingerie - Socks and Stockings - Made to Order - Swimwear*
Nagnata items can only be exchanged for another Nagnata item, as per their company policy.
*One-piece or bikini bottom Exchanges can only be approved if pieces are unworn and with hygiene stickers attached.

Exchange items must be returned with tags on and/or in original packaging, with all original packaging in perfect condition. All bedding must be unused and in original packaging.

Please note that all returns and exchanges need to be returned to their shipping origin to be processed. If your item was shipped internationally it will need to be returned to this location.

As we work with small independent designers, it is necessary to charge for replacement item shipping.

Postage fees:

Within Australia: $12.50

Aus to NZ: $20

Rest of world: $35

Please note Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to:

Log in to your account or email support@wellmadeclothes.com to request an Exchange within 7 business days of delivery of your goods.
Wait for approval of the Exchange and the Returns address for your item.
Post the item to the Returns address within 14 days of requesting your Exchange and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to support@wellmadeclothes.com.
Your replacement item will be sent once the original item is received and inspected.

 

Returns

No Returns on:

Sale or Used items, unless they are faulty - Earrings - All Lingerie - Socks and Stockings - Made to Order - Swimwear*
We do not accept Returns on Nagnata, as per their company policy, but we are happy to exchange any full-priced Nagnata item for any other Nagnata item.
*One-piece or bikini bottom Returns can only be approved if pieces are unworn and with hygiene stickers attached.

All Returns must have tags on, be in original packaging and in perfect re-stockable condition. All bedding must be unused and in original packaging.

To Return your full-priced purchase you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your goods either by logging in to your account and requesting a Return, or if you purchased as a Guest, by emailing support@wellmadeclothes.com to request a Return.

You must send the item with a tracking number within 7 days of approval.

As a small business working with small independent designers, it is necessary to charge for return shipping.

Postage fees:

Within Australia: $12.50 (pre-paid label available, fee deducted from your Refund) 

Aus to NZ: $20 

Rest of world: $35

How to:

Log in to your account or email support@wellmadeclothes.com to request a Return within 7 days of delivery of your goods.
Wait for us to approve the Return and supply the Returns address and form.
Print out the form and send with the package, indicating whether you want a Refund or Store Credit.
Post the item to the Returns address within 7 days of your Return being approved and enter the parcel tracking number in your account, or send it via email to support@wellmadeclothes.com.

 We monitor Returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our Return policies. Repeated Returns will be flagged and potentially refused, or lead to the closure of your Well Made Clothes customer account at our discretion.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

Faulty or incorrect items must be registered within 3 days of delivery.

Return faulty or incorrect items, with tracking number within 14 days of registering them.

How to:

Log in to your account and next to your order select Return/Exchanges/Faulty.
Follow the prompts to register receipt of a faulty or incorrect item.
You will be issued a Returns slip to print out and send with the package.
You must enter the tracking number of your parcel online to complete the Return.

Stock Discrepancies/Sold out items

As a marketplace working with independent brands, sometimes we cannot keep up with demand, and items sell out before updating our website.

If your order is out of stock, Well Made Clothes will be in touch to let you know. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by a Stock Discrepancy.
